Bitumen modification can improve by increasing plasticity interval, adhesion to metal materials, resistance aging, expanding operating temperature range. Softening point characterizes thermal bitumen: transition from elastic-plastic state viscous-fluid state, loses its adhesive properties. And this paper presented investigation properties modifying it determining softening on device Ring ball. The analysis obtained results use various modifiers, their comparative characteristics, formulation conclusions about possibility involving them production quality.
